Last Cast Guide Service – Cancellation Policy At Last Cast Guide Service, we know that life happens. While we do our best to be flexible, time on the water is valuable. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy: Weather Cancellations Your safety is always our number one priority. If the Captain determines that weather or water conditions are unsafe, your trip will be canceled or rescheduled, and you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another available date. Customer Cancellations - 7 Days or More Notice: We’ll issue a full refund or help you reschedule (based on availability). - Less Than 72 Hours Notice: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations within this window, as it’s difficult to rebook last-minute. No Shows If you don’t show up for your scheduled trip and haven’t contacted us, you’ll be charged 100% of the trip cost. Late Arrivals Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Running late can cut into your time on the water—or, in some cases, force us to cancel without a refund due to tight scheduling. Booking Deposit To lock in your charter, a non-refundable deposit (25–50% of the total trip cost) is required at the time of booking.
